    1. Order Cancellation

    You may cancel your order within **2 hours** of placing it, provided it has not already been dispatched from our facility. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team immediately at +92 309 1560 000 or mangomians@gmail.com with your order number.

    2. Return Policy

    Due to the **perishable nature** of our products (fresh mangoes), we do not accept returns. Please do not send your purchase back to us.

    3. Refunds and Replacements

    We stand by the quality of our mangoes. We will issue a refund or a replacement under the following conditions:

    • The product you received was damaged, rotten, or spoiled upon arrival.
    • You received an incorrect item or an incomplete order.

    Procedure: To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must contact us within **24 hours** of receiving your delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect product. Our team will review your claim and get back to you within 48 hours.

    Upon verification, we will, at our discretion, either ship a replacement box or issue a partial or full refund to your original method of payment.

    4. Non-Refundable Situations

    We are not responsible for and will not issue refunds for orders under the following circumstances:

    • The customer provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
    • The delivery was refused by the recipient.
    • The recipient was unavailable at the provided address at the time of delivery.
